Christmas Closing Times

It's that time of year again! Christmas is here and guess what, even the GreenStones team needs a well-deserved break! We're off to spend some yummy time with our families, to plan out some exciting things for 2012 and to celebrate the dawn of a brand new (and very auspicious!) year.

What all this means is the GreenStones office will be closed from Friday 23rd December until Tuesday 3rd January.

If you really need emergency support during the holidays you can contact your customer manager by email and they may come back to you before the 3rd. Although please be patient as your email might not get answered immediately.

So with all that in mind, all that is left for me to say is have a very Happy Christmas!

GreenStones are named as one of the UK’s Best Accountancy Practices

On 23 June 2011 at The National Accountants’ Conference in Birmingham, in front of 350 fellow accountants from across the country, we were named as the UK’s Best Accountancy Practice runners-up.

Credit card charges – revised prices

For those of you who pay our invoices by credit card, you will no doubt be aware that there is an additional charge of 2.5% to the invoice value when paying via this method.

As of 4 January 2011 we have had to increase this charge to 3% of the invoice value. We do of course accept a variety of different payment methods and if you would like more detailed information of these please give one of us a call on 01733 371180 and we will be happy to help.

Christmas Opening times

Here are our Christmas opening times

Office closure - this year's away day

On 14 December we will be closing the office for this year’s team away day. This year we will be discussing the Results Only Work Environment (ROWE) and how we could implement the principles into GreenStones to help us help you. We will be holding the event at Elton Furze golf club at Elton so if you need us in an emergency you can call them and they will ask us to call you back. Otherwise the office will reopen as normal at 8.30am on the 15 December.
