David Hall created The Ideas Centre based on his experiences gained while transforming the Horse Racing Forensic Laboratory at Newmarket into a thriving business.

The Ideas Centre has a thriving network in the East of the region and following local interest, now has plans to establish a second network in the North serving the Peterborough, in parallel with a third in Cambridge and a fourth in Bedford.
