Below you will find the 3 most relevant KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to our customers. We update them regularly so you can see how our performance affects you.
Customer happiness – The result from our customer survey forms sent back to us. For the month of January our score was 9.67 out of 10.
Turnaround times – How fast you get your accounts and tax estimates after you have let us have your records? The January average was 27 calendar days. This is from start to finish. Most accountants don't tell you and those that do only tell you the days to draft accounts.
Proactive calls - You will have heard lots of professionals talk about being proactive but when you talk to them about what that means they have little idea! We do! Each month we have a number of unsolicited meaningful conversations with our customers to add value. Our monthly target is 92 and in January we did 91.
