Your business OnePagePlan (BOPP) measures key predictive indicators (KPIs) within your business (e.g. Lead generation, sales conversion, overhead costs, customer delight etc) against pre-set targets on a monthly basis.  Based on the balance scorecard it helps you towards a predefined set of goals and take action to achieve the results you require.

We can attend monthly, bi monthly or quarterly meetings to discuss your BOPP and to make sure you continue to make progress.

Once you are happy with your BOPP you may choose to start using Team OnePagePlans (TOPP) and Personal OnePagePlans (POPP).
