Receptionist and Social Media Administrator

We are currently on the look-out for someone to join the team as a Receptionist and Social Media Administrator.

The role (which could be part time or full time) is to cover maternity leave from July 2019 through to March 2020 and absolutely no experience is necessary. 

All you need is an outgoing personality, a passion for looking after customers brilliantly and be dedicated to supporting your colleagues. 

If you have all that, then we can teach you how to…

  • Meet and greet customers when they first arrive at the office.
  • Make sure they are comfortable whilst they are with us.
  • Answer the phone in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Make sure the post gets opened and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Support the team with scanning, sorting customer records and making appointments for them.
  • As well as many other things. 

Whilst not essential, it would help if you had some qualifications in marketing and were looking to build on that with some experience.
