For this spooky season our team at GreenStones have joined together to create mini monstrous masterpieces in the art of pumpkin carving.
Our pumpkin carving competition has allowed team members to get creative and release their inner artistic spirits. The competition consisted of some extraordinary creations.

The dress code for GreenStones has also turned ghastly this Halloween, with team members dressing up as spooky characters.
Just for fun, here are a couple of frightening facts…
- According to old myths, Jack o’ lanterns were used to guide lost spirits home and people originally had to carve out potatoes, turnips and beetroots, as there was no such thing as pumpkins!
- All Hallows, or what we now know as Halloween, used to be celebrated by many different people across the world. Celtics used this day to celebrate Samhain; the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, while Day of the Dead is a three-day celebration originated from Aztecs, to allow people to pay tribute to young and old spirits during 31 October and 2 November.
We all hope everyone has a horrifyingly enjoyable Halloween!
