Advisory fuel rates are used under the following circumstances:-
- You have employees with company cars who pay for all their fuel and claim expenses for business use.
- You pay for all of an employees fuel in a company car but require them to refund the company for private use.
From 1 March 2015 the rate you pay or reclaim is reducing as follows:-
Petrol
1400cc or less 11p
1401cc to 2000cc 13p
Over 2000cc 20p
LPG
1400cc or less 8p
1401cc to 2000cc 10p
Over 2000cc 14p
Diesel
1600cc or less 9p
1601cc to 2000cc 11p
Over 2000cc 14p
