We are doing it again … only this time with our very own GreenStones money!
Each month we have a fee target to hit as a team. We have suspended this monthly fee target from the ceiling in £1000 notes. When a team member sends out an invoice we take down a note to the nearest £1000. At the end of the month, any money left hanging is how much the team missed their target by.
This may seem harsh, but it gives the team a constant visual reminder of what they need to do by the end of the month and motivates them to work together to hit their target.
